A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Innovation Crowdsourcing Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing crowdsourcing projects
- Managing muliple projects in various stages of development and execution
- Leading the execution and evaluation of crowdsourcing projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience sourcing, planning and executing crowdsourcing projects
- Strong project management skills
- Effective and written and oral communication skills in English
- A track record of building a program, team, or organization from scratch
