Job Summary
A workforce management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Instructional Designer and Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Design and develop blended, dynamic, and engaging technical learning experiences
- Enable internal and external audiences on new technical product features and functionality releases
- Serve as a training thought leader and advocate to and for the team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some travel, less than 25%, and after hour support, especially for our global audience, may be required
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience with XML, JSON, JavaScript, Groovy, and VB
- Experience with REST and SOAP services
- Dell Boomi experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-learning authoring programs
