Job Summary
A medical device consultancy company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Interviewer.
Must be able to:
- Work with recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques
- Screen and interview potential candidates via telephone or video
- Serve as a subject matter expert interviewing candidates and providing feedback
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required – engineering preferred but open to other life sciences degrees
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a progressive corporate environment and/or management consulting
- Experience sourcing and recruiting engineering professionals in the medical device field, preferred
- Previous experience interviewing and hiring talent, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates
