Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Major Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining a log of work performed and actions required in resolving incidents with identification of root cause
- Coordinating network troubleshooting and problem determination of Major Incidents and associated tickets
- Providing assistance in fault resolution where network related
Qualifications for this position include:
- CCNP or equivalent experience working with routing and switching and security products
- 3+ years experience working with enterprise networks utilizing multiple vendor technologies
- Working within an ITIL environment
- Demonstrates excellent experience of dealing with major incident fault resolution and co-ordination
