Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Operations IT Manager in Eden Prairie.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating business approval of production migrations
- Managing application-specific production support processes
- Managing the relationship between the business customers and IT partners for their assigned applications or modules
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in using ServiceNow, JIRA ITSM Systems
- Experience in using Dynatrace, Open view and HP tools for troubleshooting issues
- 5 or more years of technical experience and 3 or more years of prior service management experience
- Experience managing a remote team of resources including offshore workers
