Job Summary

A systems integration company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with Root Cause Analysis tracking and completion
  • Monitoring and opening Command Center escalation tickets
  • Monitoring and integrating with project teams to include Project Managers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Work, and Outlook
  • 10+ years, hands on, network engineering or other technology practice
  • 5+ years of Incident Management, Problem Management, or Crisis Management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
