A systems integration company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with Root Cause Analysis tracking and completion
- Monitoring and opening Command Center escalation tickets
- Monitoring and integrating with project teams to include Project Managers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Work, and Outlook
- 10+ years, hands on, network engineering or other technology practice
- 5+ years of Incident Management, Problem Management, or Crisis Management experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
