Job Summary
An open source consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical People Operations Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a coach, trusted advisor, and knowledge expert, and demonstrate sound judgement
- Offer and implement solutions in improving day-to-day operations
- Review internal wiki, gitlab pages, policies and reference tools to ensure they are relevant, compliant and up-to-date
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of technical HR experience
- CIPD or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of relevant employment and workplace legislation
- Experience with workflow reduction and automation
- Experience of working in a remote environment
