A luxury retail company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Principal Data Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading data science projects independently while collaborating with team members and multi-organizational stakeholders
- Developing statistical, econometric, AI/ML, and optimization models
- Researching, innovating, and designing algorithms and techniques to contribute in optimization and automation
Position Requirements Include:
- A quant-based graduate degree such as Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or other related fields from a reputed university
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Data Science
- Strong coding skills in Python, Spark, and SQL
- Experience with full lifecycle agile and experimental design methods
- Experience in processing and performing multi-faceted analysis with on-line browsing, sales transaction, product, and inventory data
- Strong in neural networking (Keras, Tensorflow), and machine learning (Python scikit-learn, Spark MLib)
