Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Procurement Specialist 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensuring that all sourcing and procurement activities support and are aligned with IT supply chain strategies, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ensuring adherence to applicable business standards and requirements
• Managing invoice processing, approvals, audits and assist with budget management

Qualifications Include:

• Associate’s Degree or 6+ months of equivalent shipping and receiving or IT technical experience
• 6+ months experience developing procedures and maintaining accurate detailed records
• 6+ months experience with Microsoft Software Suite
• Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
