Job Summary

A customer service platform provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting and analyzing tons of feedback from a variety of sources and identifying underlying user problems
  • Pitching solutions to those user problems in close collaboration with designers and engineers
  • Driving those solutions to production while keeping scope in check and validating progress
