Job Summary

A sales technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Program Manager in San Mateo.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Design teams in identifying and communicating cross-team dependencies and the internal systems that drive their departments
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to drive forward our organizational long-term plans while working on multiple, highly detailed projects
• Taking ownership for the overall development life cycle and management of complex cross-team projects with significant bottom-line impact

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of eng management/project management/program management
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with product managers in developing a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling functionality for Sales Managers, Executives, and Reps
• Ability to plan for features ensuring requirements are fully scoped, designs meet the requirements, and engineering/data science stories are flushed out
