- Ensuring project goals are identified and delivered according to plan
- Developing and managing project schedule
- Understanding and managing project dependencies, project communications and reporting

- Technical understanding on one or more of the following development languages: Java, Perl, HTML, or AWS
- Ability to look at code and sniff out issues
