Job Summary
An IT service company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions
- Maintaining responsibility for the full life cycle recruiting process
- Coordinating position requisition activities, job postings, and interview managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel< 20%
- Experience using a CRM and modern ATS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond traditional recruiting practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a time sensitive manner
- 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting cleared candidates in technical fields in support of government contracts
