Job Summary

An IT service company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions
  • Maintaining responsibility for the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Coordinating position requisition activities, job postings, and interview managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel< 20%
  • Experience using a CRM and modern ATS
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond traditional recruiting practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a time sensitive manner
  • 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting cleared candidates in technical fields in support of government contracts
