Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying prospective candidates using various channels
- Developing recruiting materials and strategies
- Conducting electronic and phone screening of candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- Bachelor’s and 2+ years experience with recruitment support in multi-geographic territory OR
- Associate degree and 4 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies certifications (CIR, ACIR, CSR, CDR, PRC) or equivalent
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels
- Extensive Cold Calling experience with demonstrated results
