- Developing recruitment and selection strategies and to design assessment and interview formats
- Gathering job requirements from hiring managers and developing knowledge of customer groups
- Identifying new local and national recruitment sources regularly
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have minimum 2 years Recruiting experience; written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use multiple systems such as ATS, email, Share Point
- Must be fast paced
