A financial technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter in Manhattan.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing our pipeline of candidates across all recruitment efforts
- Acting as primary point of contact managing candidate experience
- Collaborating with relative hiring managers
Position Requirements Include:
- Remote work now; this role will ultimately be located in our downtown Manhattan office
- 5+ years in a recruitment/talent acquisition role at a financial institution/tech company
- Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Ability to build relationships easily and with authenticity
