A recruitment firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Recruiter in Tysons.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Attend tech events in the start-up community
  • Build and maintain relationships with Software Engineers from various skill sets
  • Identify Software Engineering talent to fill current and upcoming job openings with local startups

Qualifications Include:

  • Work remote 3 days a week
  • A Bachelor's Degree, or at least actively pursuing one
  • You have at least 1 to 3 years of technical recruiting experience
  • You're interested in learning more about the startup community
  • You are self-motivated, ambitious & have an entrepreneurial mentality
  • You understand the difficulties that come with technical recruiting and can come up with creative sourcing solutions
