A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Recruiting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and scaling a team of full cycle technical recruiters
- Partnering with senior engineering leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies
- Leveraging data to define success metrics, measure productivity, and inform strategic decision making
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of recruiting management experience
- Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from new grad to senior management positions
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- Experience partnering with senior level management
- Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to develop more junior recruiters and provide coaching and guidance
