Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and developing training strategies to enable learning of new product initiatives
• Analyzing training needs and develop curriculum plan to address needs
• Translating written content provided by SMEs and Product Teams

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
• Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software product
• Prior experience within the data integration and SaaS industries
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet planned deadline
• Ability to apply and adjust training techniques in accordance with students’ needs
• Ability to successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
