Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Sales Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Close new business with new and existing customers
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ contact center technology environments
  • Present the pros and cons of various integration strategies to clients

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
  • Experience with Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, and/or Nuance telephony services in the context of end-user client contact centers
  • Experience with TDM and SIP telephony environments
  • Experience with telephone IVR systems
  • Experience in leading product demonstrations and/or working directly with potential clients
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions
