Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Sales Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing strategic and technical sales support
- Networking with prospective customers, learning about their needs, and design solutions
- Learning about new product lines and recommending comprehensive solutions to the customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven Sales Engineers (inside or outside) experience
- Minimum Associated or bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or computer science
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other office products
- Must have relevant certifications and willing to go through required training to obtain additional certifications
- Exposure to the federal and state/local contracting process is desired
- Experience with GSA, and other State/Federal contracting platforms is desired
