Job Summary

A global manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Service Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide consultation or repair to enable system integration
  • Provide identification of root cause issues and further customer hands-on knowledge on technical issue resolution
  • Professionally document all key work activities with a technical problem-solving and knowledge library building mindset

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Performing in-house or on-site troubleshooting
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Must have expertise in the areas of automation, drives and motors, networking/IT, industrial programming and CNC machine code, or applications engineering
  • Must have a high level of self-drive, learning new technologies, and a strong desire to excel in a customer-facing environment
  • Must have 5 years of experience with industrial cutting equipment
