Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Technical Service Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in all internal and external transactions
  • Accepting customer calls, alerts and escalations from the Level 1 operations team
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer incidents

Required Skills:

  • BS Business Administration, Computer Science or other technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the areas of incident and problem management
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches
  • Previous technical support and experience in IT infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of network analysis/management tools and techniques
  • CCNA Route/Switch certifications required and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
