Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing support to customers over the phone or via computer
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6+ months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
  • CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst or equivalent certification
  • A home office space designated for TSR work that meets requirements
