Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers over the phone or via computer
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ months of work experience in an IT help desk or IT support function
- CompTIA A+, HDI Support Center Analyst or equivalent certification
- A home office space designated for TSR work that meets requirements
