Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Service Representative III.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing customer training on assigned products
- Adhering to proper escalation procedures to resolve customer issues
- Providing constructive feedback to service personnel
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle
- Specialized courses from recognized universities with 2/3 years of academic years
- Detailed knowledge of IT fundamentals (PC hardware/software, printer languages, etc)
- Detailed knowledge of color printing theory and various current printing technologies
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
