Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Services Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining biometric solutions for Ohio law-enforcement customers
  • Maintaining internal SLAs in handling multiple customer issues
  • Identifying and resolving issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to customer site with short notice
  • Bachelor’s Degree in CIS/CS or a related field
  • 5-8 years IT work experience in customer-facing role
  • You must be fluent in English
  • Must have intermediate level experience in Windows/Linux administration
