Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Solutions Sales Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be a subject matter expert for one of our supported applications
  • Demonstrate technical leadership of IT infrastructure
  • Be the trusted advisor for customers and partners as they look to adopt cloud platforms

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel percentage 40
  • Minimum of 7- 10 years of proven sales success in data center technologies
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting sales of enterprise storage, networking, virtualization, or systems solution to large enterprise accounts
  • Thorough understanding of architecture, design, and implementation of modern IT systems
  • Comfort within a Linux environment (RHEL or Debian)
  • All other requirements listed by the company
