Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting Software, Data, Devops, and IT teams by providing bar-raising technical candidates
- Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand the business needs
- Identifying, attracting and vetting talent by leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, Seekout, and our ATS
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend virtual conferences, meetups, etc
- Experience supporting product-centric, Agile engineering organizations
- Minimum of two years sourcing and/or experience recruiting top technical talent in a high growth environment
- Previous experience with various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Seekout, Gem and others
- Deep understanding of engineering and design tools like Stack Overflow, Github, Coderpad, Dribbble, Behance, and others
