A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Technical Sourcer in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting our sourcing and data research projects
  • Profiling employees and employers according to our proprietary templates
  • Communicating your findings, challenges, and solutions to the recruitment team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Access to high-speed Internet, a working laptop or desktop, and be technically savvy
  • Must have technical sourcing or online data research experience in a technology-related company
  • Must be able to work 100% virtually with minimal supervision
  • Good-to-Excellent English reading, speaking, and writing skills
  • Must be able to complete 100+ records per month which lead to revenue-generating activity
