A retail consumer finance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Sourcer in Los Angeles.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being a sourcing partner to our Tech Recruiter and having a strong understanding of the tech talent industry
- Reaching out and interacting with potential candidates on professional networks
- Promoting our employer brand online and offline
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of sourcing experience with a penchant for impact, ownership, and ambiguity
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to identify, court, and land passive talent
- Familiar working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever or Greenhouse
- Has worked for a high-growth tech company and has experience with sourcing for high priority, complex role
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to partner and communicate creatively to approach and solve challenges with clear and concise solutions
