A company that offers automation solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring customers derive maximum value and net benefit from their investment
  • Conducting presales meetings and workshops
  • Identifying product improvement opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Minimum five (5) plus years of relevant work experience
  • Three (3) plus years of consulting, program management, or presales experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelors' Degree in a technical field or relevant post graduate experience
  • Experience interfacing with customers, sales, consulting services and executive management
