Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Analyst in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing industry leading professional technical support to our external and internal customers
  • Providing a first level of diagnostic support to our customers via phone, email, chat, remote assistance
  • Establishing product performance and testing baselines as you put hardware and software through its paces
