Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Support and Sales Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering technical questions about software installation, deployment and usage
  • Performing product/sales demo to customers
  • Assisting customers with software installation and configuration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 3 or more years of professional technical support experience
  • Ability to work in USA and Europe time zones Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS Administration
  • Troubleshooting, including Active Directory
  • Strong Experience with Linux Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
