Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Support and Sales Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering technical questions about software installation, deployment and usage
- Performing product/sales demo to customers
- Assisting customers with software installation and configuration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 3 or more years of professional technical support experience
- Ability to work in USA and Europe time zones Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS Administration
- Troubleshooting, including Active Directory
- Strong Experience with Linux Administration and Troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
