Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support and Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering technical questions about software installation, deployment and usage scenarios
  • Assisting customers with installation and configuration of software
  • Working directly with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues with software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 2 or more years of professional technical support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with Linux Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self starter, highly motivated and works with little or no supervision
  • Genuinely passionate in helping others, takes ownership and pride in their job
