Job Summary

A cloud communications company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer 1.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping customers with issues related to their calls, voice applications, and SIP trunks, as well as carrier and VOIP connections
  • Examining PCAPs, HTTP requests/responses, and application code
  • Exploring historical and real-time data to aid in diagnosing issues

Qualifications Include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing technical role
  • A demonstrated history of customer focus and empathy
  • Ability to diplomatically address customer concerns and provide feedback
  • Experience troubleshooting applications
