Job Summary

A provider of information and workflow solutions is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer 2 in Coppell.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting issues and findings in Salesforce CRM and triaging incoming customer problem calls and emails
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Workers’ Compensation claims reporting related issues
  • Ensuring Client Service Level Agreement obligations are being met on a customer by customer basis

Qualifications for this position include:
