Job Summary
A multinational conglomerate corporation is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Use successful, effective field experience and knowledge to provide technical support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modality products
- Act as a change agent and field advisor in areas such as product serviceability and reliability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Experience interfacing with team members and customers as part of a solution-based service process
- A demonstrated successful history of technical problem solving
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical and/or electronic equipment
- Willingness to be available after hours or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience as an FE II and/or FE III or the equivalent
