Job Summary

A multinational conglomerate corporation is filling a position for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Use successful, effective field experience and knowledge to provide technical support
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modality products
  • Act as a change agent and field advisor in areas such as product serviceability and reliability

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Experience interfacing with team members and customers as part of a solution-based service process
  • A demonstrated successful history of technical problem solving
  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical and/or electronic equipment
  • Willingness to be available after hours or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience as an FE II and/or FE III or the equivalent
