Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide remote 2nd level phone support to onsite field technicians supporting retail stores
  • Assist remotely with service calls for incident specific activities

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Background investigation and drug screen
  • Advanced knowledge of retail store technical support
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues
  • Ability to resolve complex problems as directed
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
