Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Communicating with users to understand the issues they're experiencing & providing updates in a friendly & timely manner
  • Diagnosing users' front-end technical issues
  • Helping our support team and users by covering certain “time blocks” during which you will be monitoring inbound channels

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience HTML, CSS3, JavaScript. Solid grasp of responsive web design (RWD)
  • Fluency in the English language; demonstrated in communication and writing skills
  • Experience with templating languages or developing within content management systems
