Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer and Programmer Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the second level resource for customer issue resolution
  • Providing technical assistance to customers
  • Reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems to software engineering

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in programming and/or systems software and support
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer or business related discipline preferred
  • Work experience with PowerOn, HTML, Java and JavaScript programming languages
  • Able to read and write various programming languages
