Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer Database Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Support Services to our customers
  • Troubleshooting the deployment, upgrades and maintenance of the TiDB cluste
  • Collaborating and sharing solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in technical support of databases
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • 4+ years of experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP
  • Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills
