Job Summary
A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting customers over screen shares/calls
- Answering complex incoming customer tickets and requests
- Validating customer bug reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work from our local office during induction, once you are up to speed, you can work from home, a cafe, your mums house, wherever you get your best work done
- Experience providing technical support for a complex product
- Experience working collaboratively with core engineering teams
- Enthusiasm for dealing directly with clients
- Background in software development and/or solution architecture
- Degree educated in a STEM subject
