Job Summary

A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Engineer in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customers over screen shares/calls
  • Answering complex incoming customer tickets and requests
  • Validating customer bug reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Work from our local office during induction, once you are up to speed, you can work from home, a cafe, your mums house, wherever you get your best work done
  • Experience providing technical support for a complex product
  • Experience working collaboratively with core engineering teams
  • Enthusiasm for dealing directly with clients
  • Background in software development and/or solution architecture
  • Degree educated in a STEM subject
