Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Support Help Desk Representative in Cincinnati.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers via various channels
  • Developing product knowledge documentation
  • Resolving inquiries by answering questions on software

Qualifications Include:

  • 6 months of prior call center/customer service/Help Desk experience
  • Experience guiding customers through products, troubleshooting issues
  • Experience managing tickets/cases from initial contact through to resolution
  • Understanding of operating systems, plug-ins and common software downloads
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to support all levels of customer technical aptitudes
