A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as manager for technical support team members
- Provide 3rd level engineering support
- Add process and alignment around installed system changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel to participate in customer site visits up to 5%
- 4+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians
- 2+ years managerial experience
- 4+ Years Visual C++, Microsoft MFC and Visual studio.Net
- 2+ Years C# and ASP .Net
- Experience in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008, Windows 2012
