Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as manager for technical support team members
  • Provide 3rd level engineering support
  • Add process and alignment around installed system changes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel to participate in customer site visits up to 5%
  • 4+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians
  • 2+ years managerial experience
  • 4+ Years Visual C++, Microsoft MFC and Visual studio.Net
  • 2+ Years C# and ASP .Net
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008, Windows 2012
