Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Technical Support Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing educational requirements and content for new products, technologies, and services
  • Providing content for support offerings in close collaboration with strategic product teams and support delivery teams
  • Analyzing and creating business cases and requirements for product support offerings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of enterprise-level server and application environments
  • 5 years of experience in software product management, technical support management, or technical management
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business
  • Professional experience within the enterprise software industry
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and engineering processes
