Job Summary
An IT service company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, troubleshooting and assisting customers with voice, data, video, Internet and connection issues
- Consulting with customers and provide additional solutions
- Answering inbound technical support phone calls, chats and emails
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer service environment
- Strong computer knowledge
- 1-2 years of prior technical support
- Minimum Download speed of 20 MB with an upload speed of 5MB
- Ability to maintain a Hard Wired Connection at all times
