Job Summary

An IT service company is seeking a Telecommute Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying, troubleshooting and assisting customers with voice, data, video, Internet and connection issues
  • Consulting with customers and provide additional solutions
  • Answering inbound technical support phone calls, chats and emails

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • 1-2 years of prior technical support
  • Minimum Download speed of 20 MB with an upload speed of 5MB
  • Ability to maintain a Hard Wired Connection at all times
