A business services company is in need of a Telecommute Technical Support Representative in Fort Collins.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound tech support customer service calls
- Help Ticket management and tracking
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

- 1+ year technical support / customer support experience in a help desk environment
- Strong active listening skills
