Job Summary

A transformational therapy provider has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Support Representative in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being a knowledgeable first-line contact for customers
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Providing technical support to course delegates

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • There may be the necessity for face-to-face meetings in LA from time to time
  • Experienced in customer support or another customer-facing role
  • Experienced in resolving customer’s issues by going the extra mile
  • Able to prioritize and process customer requests submitted by email
  • Organised and priority-driven and have excellent time management skills
  • Technologically adept
