A transformational therapy provider has an open position for a Telecommute Technical Support Representative in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being a knowledgeable first-line contact for customers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Providing technical support to course delegates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- There may be the necessity for face-to-face meetings in LA from time to time
- Experienced in customer support or another customer-facing role
- Experienced in resolving customer’s issues by going the extra mile
- Able to prioritize and process customer requests submitted by email
