Job Summary
A marketing application company has a current position open for a Telecommute Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging with customers in a way that thoughtfully changes their perception of what is possible, from both a business and strategic perspective
- Consulting with entrepreneurs across various industries to capture their business problems and work together on how to configure company service in order to meet and exceed expectations
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting, trends and themes as you go
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation services like Aweber, GetResponse, Infusionsoft, Ontraport
- Good understanding of domain registration and DNS management processes
- Basic knowledge HTML CSS, and/or WordPress experience an asset
- Good understanding of support process and infrastructure
- Excellent instincts and ability to interface with users and team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills
