Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer cases
  • Provide advice and solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Document FAQs and develop product and training guides

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (join types, simple queries)
  • Understanding of web basics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Prior coursework or experience with relational database design and data normalization
