Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer cases
- Provide advice and solutions to meet customers’ needs
- Document FAQs and develop product and training guides
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of SQL (join types, simple queries)
- Understanding of web basics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Prior coursework or experience with relational database design and data normalization
